Employees - Getting superuser rights

There is a facility whereby employees can be allocated as ‘superusers’. These users can create new employees and change passwords and user access levels for existing employees. They can also update certain company details, including main contact details and bank account details.

Existing superusers can create new superusers from their account. Please follow the guidance on the Creating a new user here.

If there are no existing superusers, we require a request via email to [email protected] indicating which users are to be set as superusers. Any relevant directors/heads of company should be copied into the email. The superusers should be identified in the email by their usernames.

Usernames can be confirmed by going to Admin > View all employees and checking the Username column.
