For properties owned by more than one landlord, users can set the ownership share in the system in two ways.
1. Change ownership split shown on statements (for tax purposes):
Navigate to Owners > Property-Owner links
Search for the landlord or linked property
Click on the amount within the Percentage ownership column
Amend the value and click OK
Repeat for all required landlords
2. Change ownership payment split
Note: This is for payments added to the BACS Schedule
Navigate to Lettings properties > View properties
Locate the property in question
Click on the property address to open the property record
Open the Finance tab
Update the percentage split against each account
Click Update Property
