To set the authorisation limit for maintenance jobs, please follow the guidance below:
Go to Lettings properties > View properties
Locate the property in question
Click on the property address
Open the Finance tab
Under the Float and Authorisation section, populate the Authorisation limit field
Click Update property
Once this field has been set, the authorisation limit amount will automatically pull through to a work order description.
Note: If the above field is left blank, your system authorisation limit will pull through to the work order and, by default, this limit is set to £100. To have this default changed, please contact [email protected].
