There may be a circumstance where a certificate record does not require to be renewed or have the expiry date tracked. For example, if the certificate is for a let only property.
In this case, the certificate record can be completed. To complete a certificate, please follow the steps below. Note: This action is irreversible.
Go to Lettings Properties > Safety certificate and compliance
Locate the certificate in question
In the Mark as complete (no new certificate required) column, click on the tick icon
A pop-up will appear asking the user to confirm the certificate is to be archived and its renewal reminder removed
Select Confirm to proceed
Note: This action should not be taken against any certificate that yourself as the agent needs to track and/or process the renewal of.
