To upload a new document header to the Template documents area, please follow the steps listed below.
Note: the document header should be in Microsoft Word .docx file format and the file should be called header.
Go to Correspondence > Template documents
Click on the upload icon (
)Drag and drop the header file into the window or click on Add files and locate the header to be uploaded
Click Start upload
Once uploaded, close the pop-up window and refresh the page. A new tickbox labelled Add header will appear beneath the Template dropdown menu.
To generate a template document with the uploaded header included, please ensure the Add header tickbox is ticked before generating the document.
