The Template documents page in SME Professional allows users to create and upload customised letter and email templates for generating and sending to clients, accommodating both lettings and sales templates. To access the Template documents page, go to Correspondence > Template documents.
Examples of templates that are commonly uploaded include renewal letters, section notices, rent increase letters, memorandum of sale letters and sales invoices.
When a template document has been uploaded containing merge fields, this allows a vast selection of data stored within SME Professional to be automatically populated onto a document once generated.

The SME Professional documents portal contains pre-created templates for use on the Template documents page, please click here to access this. For our franchise clients, your Central Office has a dedicated documents portal where pre-created templates can also be accessed.
Note: There are specific pages within SME Professional where users can upload tenancy or landlord agreement templates.β
