1. Locating the Notice to leave template
We provide our clients with a Notice to leave template which can be accessed through our documents portal: SME Professional documents portal.

The template already includes the required merge fields and is ready to be uploaded. Click on Download document to download a copy of the template. Please note, we do recommend that clients revise all templates before they are uploaded for use to ensure they are suitable for your business.
Users have the ability to make amendments to the template or create their own notice template. For further guidance on how to create a new template document, please click here.
Note: For our franchise clients, your Central Office has created notice letter templates for their franchisees to use which can be accessed through your franchise documents portal.
2. Uploading a new template
Go to Correspondence > Template documents.
Click on the upload icon (
).
Select Add files and locate the template to be uploaded.
Click Start upload.
Once uploaded, close the pop-up window and refresh the browser page. The newly uploaded template will now appear in the Select template dropdown.
3. Generating a Notice to leave document
Once the Notice to leave template has been uploaded, it can be generated by following the steps in our help guide: Generating a template document.
Important! We have no liability to keep this form and its content up to date. We are providing the form in the format of a Microsoft Word document with merge fields included. It is your company's responsibility to ensure these fields are populated with the correct information upon generation. We would always recommend downloading the most recent version of this form from the government website.
