1. Uploading an EPC document
Note: EPC documents must be uploaded in PDF format
Go to Sales properties > Publish to marketing sites
Locate the relevant property
In the EPCs column, select the Upload icon
Drag and drop the document into the pop-up window, or click on Add files and locate the relevant document in your computer files
Select Start upload
Note: Advertising portals will display the document exactly as uploaded. Any sensitive information, such as the full property address, should be removed or obscured before uploading.
To delete an EPC document, follow steps 1 - 3 above and click on the Delete button against the EPC file to be removed.
2. Uploading an EPC graph
Note: EPC graphs must be uploaded in JPEG/JPG format
Go to Sales properties > Publish to marketing sites
Locate the relevant property
In the EPCs column, select the upload icon
Drag and drop the document into the pop-up window or click on Add files and locate the relevant document in your computer files
Select Start upload
If an EPC graph is not available, there are many free EPC graph generator tools available online that can be used to create one.
3. Setting the EPC rating
For an EPC rating to be displayed on a property listing, it must be set in the property record.
Go to Sales properties > View available properties
Locate the relevant property
In the Address column, select the property address
Open the Descriptions tab
Update the Energy performance indicator field
Select Update property
Note: Updating the EPC rating does not automatically update advertising portals. A new marketing feed must be published for the revised information to be sent to external sites.
