The owner/landlord that has the highest property-owner link ID will be appointed as the lead owner/landlord for the property.
To change who is set as the lead owner/landlord, please follow the steps listed below:
Go to Owners > Property link table (or Property-landlord links)
Search for the property in question
Locate the owner/landlord that is to be made the lead
Click on the Move to top button
This owner/landlord will be given a higher link ID than the other property owners, therefore setting them as the lead owner/landlord.
