Whichever tenant has the highest link ID number will be the one appointed as the lead tenant for the property.
To change the lead tenant:
Go to Tenants > Property tenant links (or Tenants > Property link table).
Locate the tenant in question either by searching their name or the property address.
Click on the Move to top button.
This tenant will now be given a higher link ID making them the new lead tenant.
