1. Copying a sales property
Go to Sales properties > View available properties
Locate the property to be copied
Within the Action & Views column, select Copy property details
A confirmation dialogue box will appear, click on Ok to copy the property or Cancel to stop the action
The page will refresh and the copied property will show with (COPY of) in its address.
2. Copying a sales property to the lettings system
To copy a sales property over to the lettings system, please follow the steps listed below:
Go to Sales properties > View available properties
Locate the property to be copied
Within the Action & Views column, select Copy property details to rent
A confirmation dialogue box will appear, click on Ok to copy the property or Cancel to stop the action
The copied property will be listed on the Properties > View properties page with (COPY of) in its address.
