1. Download current template
Go to Owners > Terms of business
Click on Edit owner agreements
Locate the template to be amended
Click the edit pencil icon
Click on the Click here to view the uploaded template link
Click on the Downloaded file to open it in Microsoft Word
Amend the template as required and then save the updated template
2. Upload new template
Go back to the SME Professional where the current template was downloaded
Update the Title field (This will prevent any caching of the old template)
Click on Choose File and locate the amended template
Click Update landlord agreement
