Calendars - Syncing a calendar

When a calendar is synced, the system refreshes the current connection to see if any changes have been made to the calendar. This process is useful in the following scenarios:

  1. A new sub-calendar has been added to the connected calendar - syncing the connected calendar will ensure this new calendar option pulls through the system

  2. An existing calendar has been deleted from the connected calendar - syncing the connected calendar will ensure this old calendar option no longer appears as an option to select on the system

To sync a calendar on SME Professional, please follow the steps listed below:

  1. Go to Admin > Manage calendar connections

  2. Click on Sync all calendars

  3. The system will then connect to all linked accounts and show any new calendars that have been added (if any) and hide those that have been removed (if any).

Note: Syncing does not require calendar login credentials and all connected user calendars will be synced.
