1. Setting a percentage management fee
Go to Lettings properties > View properties
In the Street column, click on the property address
Expand the Management fee dropdown (shown below)
Select the relevant option
Click Update property
Users can update/change the set percentage management fee at any time by repeating the above steps.
2. Setting a flat rate management fee
If a property is on a flat rate management fee, this should be set up as a regular payment. For guidance on regular payments, please click here.
3. Adding a new percentage management fee option
Note: Only authorised superusers can add new management fee options
Go to Admin > View all employees
Click on Admin page
Click on Financial
On the left hand side of the page, click on Management fees
Click on + Fee
Enter the new fee, including VAT
Click Submit
