As a result of the Tenant Fees Act 2019 legislation, advertising portals require clients to send information regarding payments, CMP and redress schemes alongside their property listing data.
To update this information please follow the steps below:
Go to Admin > View all employees
Click on Admin page (Please note: Only superusers have access to this page)
Click on Account
On the left hand side of the page, click on Company details
Locate the Marketing information field at the bottom of the page
Populate as required. Note: This field has a limit of 4000 characters (including spaces)
Click Update
Note: This field is used to feed Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket per property. For all other portals, please contact them directly for more information.
For users already live with marketing on SME Professional, a new lettings marketing feed will need to be published in order to send this fee information to the portals. To publish a new feed, go to Lettings properties > Publish to marketing sites > Click on Market properties.
