Once the business has been won, a potential landlord record can be converted to an active landlord.
Go to Correspondence > Potential landlord enquiry
Locate the relevant enquiry
Within the Actions column, expand the dropdown and select Convert to landlord
A new landlord record will open and details from the potential landlord record will be automatically pulled across
Click on 'Disable read-only mode'
Populate the rest of the record as required
Click on Submit
