Integrations - Fixflo basic

Fixflo is a maintenance issue reporting system for lettings agents. For further information on Fixflo, please click here.

Our integration with Fixflo allows for any new repair and maintenance issues created in Fixflo to be automatically pushed into SME Professional.

1. Setting up

Please email [email protected] and request an API key for Fixflo. This should then be provided to your Custom Success Manager at Fixflo, who will finalise the integration setup.

2. How it works

2.1 Assigning new Fixflo issues

  1. Go to Lettings properties > Maintenance

  2. At the top right hand corner of the page, the number of maintenance items submitted that are waiting to be assigned to a property will be shown (shown below)

  3. Click on Assign reports

  4. To assign a Fixflo item, expand the Select property dropdown and select the property this item is to be assigned to

  5. Click Submit

On the Lettings properties > Maintenance page, a new report for this Fixflo item will have been created allowing users to proceed with instructing the work. For guidance on how to create a works order for a maintenance job, please click here.

2.2 Deleting a Fixflo issue

When the Fixflo integration is initially set up, historical items may be pulled through that are no longer required. To delete an unassigned Fixflo item, please follow the steps listed below.

Note: This action is irreversible.

  1. Go to Lettings Properties > Maintenance

  2. Click on Assign reports

  3. Locate the required unassigned Fixflo item

  4. Within the Delete column, click on the red cross
