Providing a simple and easy way for agents to take back control of property maintenance, that not only makes it much easier for tenants to report any issues they may have but also automates and frees up repetitive tasks taken out by staff.
1. Setting up
Please email [email protected] requesting an API key for Active Repair. Once received, please pass this on to your Account Manager at Active Repair who will finalise the setup.
2. How it works
Once set up, any new issues submitted through your Active Repair account will automatically pull through to SME Professional.
Go to Lettings properties > Maintenance
At the top of the page, the number of maintenance items submitted that are waiting to be assigned to a property will be shown (shown below)
Within the green bar, click on Assign Reports
To assign an item, expand the Select property dropdown and select the property this item is to be assigned to
Click Submit
On Lettings properties > Maintenance, a new maintenance report for the Active Repair item will have been created allowing users to instruct the work.
