1. Creating and uploading a new contract template

2. Generating a sales contract
Go to Correspondence > Template Documents
Select the relevant property
Select the desired template
The selected template will be set up to pull through the owner's details, so please open the Owners tabs (shown below) and ensure the correct parties are selected
5. Click on Generate document
The downloaded file (in Microsoft Word format) will be available in the bottom left-hand corner of your browser. Click on the filename to open the document for review.

3. Using Signable
If the generated document is to be electronically signed, please follow steps 1-5 above, then continue with the below:
Tick the Use electronic signatures checkbox.
Within the Electronic signature options section, please select the parties who are to sign the document.
Click Generate document:
The downloaded file (in Microsoft Word format) will be available in the bottom left-hand corner of your browser. Click on the filename to open the document for review.
A new browser tab will open when users are redirected to the View open Signable documents page.
To send the document for signing, click on the tick icon within the Send column. Please note that we recommend that the document is revised before it is sent for signing.
