Below is a table detailing the different statuses a lettings property can be set to, describing what each one means and whether they feed through to marketing portals.
Note: Marketing portals may not accept all available marketable statuses.
While Tenant check period and Awaiting tenant check are similar, the status Tenant check period is the system default and marketable, while Awaiting tenant check is not.

Pending: new property | The property is going through the pre-marketing process, or the landlord has yet to sign the terms of business contract. | N/A |
Unoccupied on market | The property is not tenanted during the marketing period. | Active |

Tenant check period | The tenant is in the process of having their references and credit checked. When linking a tenant to a property, there is the option at this point to automatically update the property to this status. | Let agreed |
Await tenant move in | The tenant's reference and credit checks have been completed but are yet to move in. | N/A |
Occupied | The property has a tenant in residence. | N/A |
Notice given: not on market | The move out notice has been given, however, the property is not on the market. | N/A |
Eviction | The tenant has been evicted. | N/A |
Void: general | This status is to be used when the property is uninhabitable, whether for renovations or the previous tenant has left, and the landlord is deciding whether to let it again. | N/A |
Past property | The property is no longer being managed. | N/A |
Awaiting tenant check | The tenant is in the process of having their references and credit checked. | N/A |
