Map pin drag and drop
On the 'Location on map' page, users can now drag and drop the property pin to adjust the property location.
Previously, users would change the pin location by updating the longitude and latitude.
Website listing link in matching emails
By populating the 'Link to property on website'/'URL link to property on website' field in the lettings or sales property record, the lead property image (displayed in the matching email) will be linked to this URL.
This provides readers with a direct link to the property listing on your website.
Your company website link is already displayed in the email footer.
Property overview updates
1. Create a document link
On the lettings and sales property overviews, a 'Create document' link (shown below) has been added to the left sidebar. This provides users with a shortcut to the Template documents page where the property will be pre-selected.
2. Viewing start time
Viewing start time has been added to the 'Linked buyers' tab of the sales property overview and the 'Viewing feedback' tab of the lettings and sales property overviews.
Additional columns in Potential buyer export (Estate Agency)
'Assigned to' and 'Created date' columns have been added to the Potential buyers exports. This report is available in Sales properties > Reports.
Chase date for sales progressions (Estate Agency)
A 'Next chase date' column has been added to the View sales progression page (shown below). This column is sortable and searchable, allowing users to track when they are next due to chase a party.
