For clients using our tenancy pack functionality and Signable integration, users can now attach EPC, landlord gas safety or other certificate files to the tenancy pack when creating a new tenancy.

The selected certificates will be added to the Signable envelope. Tenants will receive the tenancy agreement, additional tenancy pack documents and any certificates that have been included.

On the Safety certificates and compliance page, clicking on the contractor's name (within the Contractor column) will bring up a pre-populated email to the contractor asking them to advise on the job's progress.

When setting the due date or chase date for a maintenance item, this event can now be added to a user's calendar.

Users can update a viewer’s status on the Viewings page. We have now added this functionality to the Viewing feedback page, where users can select a new status from the dropdown in the Viewer status column (shown below).

On the View sales progression page, hovering over the lawyer's name will now bring up a pop that displays the contact's name, email address and phone number (shown below).

Clicking on the lawyer's name will bring up a blank email to the contact with the property address specified in the subject line.

On the View available properties page, users can now filter properties to show those with accepted offers or, alternatively, those with pending offers(s) and no accepted offer.

The filter is available on the left sidebar of the Sales properties > View available properties page (shown below).

For properties with an accepted offer, a blank email to all parties (buyer, buyer's lawyer, owner and owner's lawyer) can be generated from the Property overview.
