For properties with an accepted offer, an email can be generated and sent to all associated parties, including:
Buyer
Buyer's solicitor
Property owner
Owner's solicitor
To generate this email, please follow the steps below:
Go to Sales properties > View available properties
Locate the relevant property
In the Overview column, click on the house icon
In the Linked buyers tab, select the envelope icon within the Email all parties column (shown below)
Note: For all other offers (set as pending, withdrawn or rejected), this column will display N/A.
