The property overview page allows users to view a wide variety of information for a single property in one place. To access this page, please follow the steps below:
Go to Lettings Properties > View properties
Locate the relevant property
In the Overview column, click on the house icon
Users can access information on current safety certificates, previous correspondence, tenant/landlord details and more. Below is a breakdown of this page's layout.
Examples:
Click on the Maintenance tab to find information about open maintenance items for the selected property. From here, users can view the reported date, title, status, contractor visit date (if set) and assigned contractor (if set) for each job.
To view previous correspondence for the selected property, click on the Correspondence tab. The table will then update to list all previous correspondence (for example, previously sent emails and texts).
