Material information Parts B and C
We have completed our final phase of Material information updates. New fields added to the system will feed through to Rightmove, OnTheMarket and Zoopla.
Summary of updates:
New ‘Additional information’ tab - Includes fields for Accessibility, Rights and restrictions, Flood and erosion risk, Coalfied/mining area, Planning permissions. Builidng safety issues and Mobile signal information.
‘Utilities’ tab - New Type of supply fields for Broadband, Electricity, Water and Sewerage to supplement existing utility fields.
‘Details’ tab - New 'EV charging shared', 'EV charging private', 'Disabled parking available' and 'No disabled parking available' parking options.
Sales-only property record updates:

Additional heating options have been added.

'Bills included’ label has been changed to ‘Utilities included’.
A new ‘Services included’ field has been added.
CreditLadder
SME Professional has integrated with Rent Reporting platform - CreditLadder.
CreditLadder has helped over 125,000 tenants report their rent payments, allowing tenants to benefit from an improved credit score when paying their rent on time.
This integration allows tenants who pay on time to improve their credit position but also means those not paying their rent can have the non-payment added to their credit file. It's a great way to help win more instructions from landlords and to help ensure rent payments are made on time.
