CreditLadder

SME Professional is pleased to announce a new integration with CreditLadder.

Rent reporting helps tenants improve their credit rating, encouraging on-time rent payments and reduced arrears.

CreditLadder allows tenants to report their rent payments to Experian, Equifax, TransUnion and Crediva and has advised us that they have had more than £1bn in rent payments reported to credit reference agencies on behalf of over 100,000 tenants.

CreditLadder is offering a six-month free trial of their platform to three letting agencies who would like to be involved in the final testing of this integration.

Please email [email protected] for more information and to express your interest in participating.

Matched properties page

Our Matched properties page now allows users to pick additional available properties for inclusion in the email, regardless of a full match with the buyer's criteria.

Matched properties are grouped at the top of the table, followed by all other available properties. A grey background distinguishes unmatched properties.

The email layout will showcase matched properties at the forefront, and any other selected property will be featured under the section titled 'Other properties you may like'.

Additional checks when archiving a lettings property

We have added two additional checks when archiving a lettings property. Users are unable to archive properties if they have:

  • Future offset rent balances

  • Any balances waiting to clear

These balances need to be settled before setting the property to 'Past property'.

New checks when linking properties

We have added new checks when linking properties together:

  • Owners of properties being linked must have the same ownership percentage

  • The user must link from the lead property

If any of these conditions are not met, a warning message will appear to advise the user.
