The Lettings properties > View properties page can be customised by adding or hiding columns.
Columns available to show or hide on this page are listed below:
Employees: Displays which employee has been linked to a property
Secondary status: Displays the secondary status set against a property.
Note: The secondary status functionality must be enabled to have this column added, please click here for further information
Bedrooms: Displays the number of bedrooms set within a property record
Reference: Displays the internal reference set within a property record
Availability date: Displays the availability date set within a property record, this date is also used for marketing
Enabling/disabling columns
Go to Admin > View all employees
Click on Admin page
Click on General
In the menu on the left-hand side of the page, click on View properties
The toggle icon will be grey for columns that are currently disabled
Click on the toggle icon to enable or disable columns
