You can still view information for archived properties. To access information against a property that has been previously archived:
1. Property overview
Go to Lettings properties > View properties
Click on the Advanced search bar (shown below)
Expand the Property Status dropdown (shown below) and select Past property
Locate the relevant property in the table
In the Overview column, click on the house icon
In the property overview page, you can view key information relevant to the property, such as safety certificates, inspections and maintenance information. For further guidance on using the overview page, please click here.
2. Viewing specific information
To allow users to manage their current properties easily, specific data for past properties will not be viewable by default. For example, the inspections page will only display inspection records for current properties.
To view specific information about an archived property, update the property status to any current status eg Void: general, then navigate to the required page to view the details. Once the required information is obtained, the property status can be set back to Past property. For further guidance on archiving a property record, please click here.
