On SME Professional, the Correspondence > Template documents page can be used to generate a sales invoice document that can be printed or emailed to the relevant parties.
Users first must create their own invoice template. For further information on creating a new template, please click here. For our franchise clients, an invoice template created by Central Office is available on your franchise documents portal.
Once the template has been reviewed, please click here for further guidance on uploading it to the system.
After the template has been uploaded, the document can be generated where it will pull through relevant information from the associated records. For more information on generating a document through the Template Documents page, please click here.
