The Filter by offer status dropdown can be used to filter properties by the offer status. For example, users may wish to see only properties with an accepted offer or those with only pending offers.
Go to Sales properties > View available properties
Expand the Offer status dropdown
Select the preferred filter option - Has pending offer(s) and no accepted offer or Has accepted offer
The table will then update to show only the relevant properties.
