The Offer Status filter allows users to quickly identify properties by the status of received offers. This can be useful when reviewing properties with active negotiations or monitoring properties where an offer has already been accepted.
To filter properties by their offer status:
Go to Sales properties > View available properties
Expand the Offer status dropdown
Select the preferred filter option, such as Has pending offer(s) and no accepted offer or Has accepted offer
The table will then update to show only the relevant properties.
