The offer process works using a traffic light system, so on the View available properties page, users can see at a glance what the offer status is for a property.
If no offers have been made, the box will be GREY
If there is a pending offer, the box will be AMBER
If an offer has been accepted, the box will be GREEN
The number of offers made against the property is shown to the left of this box throughout the system.
1. Viewing the most recent offer for a specific buyer
Go to Sales properties > View available properties
Within the Overview column, click on the house icon
Locate the buyer in question.
Details of their most recent offer will show under the Latest offer and Latest offer status columns
2. Viewing all offers for a specific buyer
Go to Sales properties > View available properties
Within the Overview column, click on the house icon
Locate the buyer in question
Within the View all offers column, click on the
icon Users will be directed to a new page that lists all offers made by this specific buyer
3. Viewing all offers for a property
Go to Sales properties > View available properties
Within the Overview column, click on the house icon
Within the linked buyers tab, locate the buyer in question
Within the View all offers column, click on the
icon Click on All offers
