The offer process uses a traffic light system, so on the View available properties page, users can see at a glance a property's offer status.
Grey - No offers have been received for the property
Amber - At least one offer is currently recorded with a status of Pending
Green - An offer has been Accepted for the property
The number of offers made against the property is shown to the left of this box throughout the system.
1. Viewing the most recent offer for a specific buyer
Go to Sales properties > View available properties
In the Overview column, select the house icon
Locate the buyer in question
Details of their most recent offer will show under the Latest offer and Latest offer status columns
2. Viewing all offers for a specific buyer
Go to Sales properties > View available properties
In the Overview column, select the house icon
Locate the buyer in question
In the View all offers column, select the
icon Users will be directed to a new page that lists all offers made by this specific buyer
3. Viewing all offers for a property
Go to Sales properties > View available properties
In the Overview column, select the house icon
Select the Offers tab
This tab lists all offers for the property
