If users have a set of keys to hand but are unsure which property they belong to, there are two ways to find this out.
Note: Users can set the Key hook number and Key fob reference within the Property address tab of a property record.
1. Key log
Go to Admin > Key log
Select Keys by properties
Use the search function to locate the property based on the Key hook number or Key fob reference
2. Properties export
Go to Admin > Exports
Select the Properties export
Locate the Key hook number held in column AI or the Key fob reference held in column AH
Users can set filters or use the search function in either column to narrow down results
