The ‘New & exclusive’ feature on OnTheMarket allows properties to appear at the top of the search results with a banner for an exclusive period.
Part of this involves properties being marketed on their site for 24 hours before any other portal. For further information on this OnTheMarket feature, please click here.
To enable the 'New & Exclusive' banner on your new listings, please contact your Account Manager at OnTheMarket. Once they have updated your account, please follow the below steps to market a new property to OnTheMarket only.
Go to Lettings properties > Publish to marketing sites (For lettings) or Sales properties > Publish to marketing sites (For sales)
Locate the property to be advertised
Tick this property within the OnTheMarket column only
Click Market properties > Publish the properties
Users should set a reminder in their diary for the next day to market the property to the rest of their chosen portals.
