The Publish to marketing sites page is used to control which sales properties are sent to individual marketing portals. Properties can be selected for specific portals or published to all available portals simultaneously.
Go to Sales properties > Publish to marketing sites
Select the properties to be marketed by ticking the checkbox in the relevant portal columns for each portal where the property should be advertised.
To market all available properties to all portals, select Tick all
Once all relevant properties are ticked, select Market properties
Review the confirmation window, showing a summary of the marketing feed to be reviewed. Any property that has not been selected for at least one portal will be highlighted
Select Publish the properties - the page will grey out and a 'Please wait' message will appear
Once the marketing feeds have been sent, a 'Process complete' message will appear
Important:
Marketing portals process property feeds at different times throughout the day. Updates may not appear immediately on external websites.
Whenever changes are made to a property in SME Professional, such as:
Advertised price changes
Image updates
Description amendments
a new marketing feed must be published to ensure the updated information is sent to the selected portals.
