1. Setting up a commercial property
Go to Lettings Properties > Add new property
Populate the record fields as normal
Within the Details tab, expand the Accommodation type tab and select one of the Commercial options (Commercial 1-11)

2. Price on application option
Users have the ability to advertise a property as Price on application. To have this option enabled, please contact [email protected].
Once enabled, a checkbox will appear within the Details tab of the property record called Show property price on marketing websites. If this box is left unticked at the point of marketing the property, it will be sent to your portals with a Price on application tag and displayed as such, provided the portal can accomodate this.
