On SME Professional, users have the ability to market a lettings property as Price on application (POA). To have this option enabled on your system, please contact [email protected].
Once enabled, a Show property price on marketing websites check box will appear within the Details tab of the property record (shown below). If this check box is left un-ticked at the point of marketing the property, provided the marketing portal accepts this, the listing will display as POA.
Note: If an update is made to a property currently on the market, a new marketing feed needs to be published in order for this update to be reflected on the portals. To do so, go to Lettings properties > Publish to marketing sites and click on Market properties.
