Go to Lettings properties > Publish to marketing sites.

To include a property in the marketing feed, tick the check-box for this property in each portal column it is to be marketed to.

To market all available properties to all portals, click on the Tick all button.

Once all relevant properties are ticked, click on Market properties.

A confirmation pop-up will appear where the marketing feed can be reviewed. Any property not ticked to go to any portal will be highlighted.

Click Publish the properties - the page will grey out and a 'Please wait' message will appear.

Once processed, a 'Process complete' message will appear.

Different portals process new feeds at different times of the day, so changes/updates may not be reflected straight away.

When an update is made to a property on SME Professional, for example, a change in advertised prices, images or descriptions, a new marketing feed needs to be published to send this updated information to the advertising portals.
