1. Completing a sales property
Once a sale has been finalised and no further action is required, users will be required to complete the property on SME Professional so that it no longer appears as a current/live property.
Note: Before a property can be completed, its current status must be set to Contracts exchanged.
To complete a sales property:
Go to Sales properties > View sales progression
Locate the relevant property
In the Status column, expand the dropdown and select Complete
Two actions will now take place:
The status of the property will be changed to Past property- completed
The sales process for this property/buyer will be completed.
2. Locating past sales properties
To locate past sales properties, please follow the steps listed below:
Go to Sales properties > View available properties
Expand the Filter by status dropdown and select Past property
The table will update to list only past properties.
The Filter by secondary status dropdown can be used to refine these results further if required.
