Users have the option to set a utility export preference of a property. This dictates whether or not this property will be included in utility exports or our utility API.
To update the utility export preference:
Go to Lettings Properties > View properties
Locate the required property
In the Street column, click on the property address
Open the Utilities tab
To exclude the property from one of the utility exports or the utility API, expand the relevant dropdown and set to Yes
Click Update property
Note: New properties added default to be included in all exports and the API.
