Tenants - Sending a Note of Interest form

Updated over 7 months ago

1. Note of Interest form

A Note of Interest form can be added to SME Professional allowing potential tenants to note their interest in a property by filling out an online form.

1.1 How it works

The note of interest form can be sent to prospective tenants allowing the agent to collect basic details of the individual and assess whether the individual can proceed with their application for the property.

A link to this form can be added to any email template sent to a potential tenant, such as the Viewing confirmation or Viewing feedback emails.

If a tenant would like to note their interest in a property, they can click on the link and then populate the form. Once submitted, the completed form will be emailed to the agency.

Note: this email address is specified at the point of set-up.

If the agent decides to proceed with this individual, their potential tenant record can be converted to a live tenant record so that they can be sent the full tenant application.
