Emails and text messages sent from SME Professional are automatically recorded in the View correspondence page for reference.
Note: If users wish to receive an actual copy of sent emails into their inbox, the BCC field needs to be populated with the relevant email address before the email is sent.
1. Viewing correspondence for all properties
Go to Correspondence > View correspondence
This page lists details of all correspondence sent from SME Professional including the date and the email/text that was sent, the associated property and the body of the correspondence
The Search field can be used to filter down the data as required, for example, by property or recipient.
2. Viewing correspondence for a specific property
Go to Lettings properties > View properties
Locate the relevant property
In the View column, expand the dropdown and select View correspondence
Users will be directed to a new page that lists correspondence for the selected property only.
3. Filtering correspondence data
3.1 Date range
The View correspondence page defaults to list correspondence sent within the previous month (from the current date) which is in place to ensure the page continues to load quickly.
To look view correspondence outwith this date range:
Locate the date range filters above the correspondence table
Alter the Start date and End date as required
The correspondence page will update to list only correspondence sent between the set dates
3.2 Searching by recipient
Users can search by a specific email address or phone number in order to filter down the data to a specific recipient. For example, enter [email protected] to view emails sent to this recipient.
Note: When searching by mobile number replace the first zero with 44. For example, rather than searching for 07712345678 users would enter 447712345678.
