Properties - Unable to locate a property

If users are unable to find a property on the Lettings properties > View properties page, the property in question is most likely set to 'Past property'.

Past properties are hidden from the front end of the system. However, they can be located by using the Property status filter on the View properties page.

  • Go to Lettings properties > View properties

  • Click on the Advanced search bar (shown below)

  • Expand the Property Status dropdown (shown below) and select Past property.

The table will update to list only past properties (excluding all live/current properties). If the property still cannot be located, please contact the General Support team at [email protected].
