Properties - Updating property location on map

If the pin for a property is showing in the wrong location on the map, this can be corrected by moving the pin location.

1. Lettings properties

  1. Go to Lettings properties > View properties

  2. Locate the property in question

  3. In the View column, expand the dropdown and select Location on map

  4. Click, then hold and drag to reposition the pin

  5. Upon dropping the pin in the correct location, the Latitude and Longitude coordinates will be automatically set (shown below)

  6. Click Update

Note: If this property is currently being marketed, a new marketing feed will need to be published to send this updated information to the marketing portals. This can be done by going to Lettings properties > Publish to marketing sites and clicking on Market properties.

2. Sales properties

  1. Go to Sales properties > View available properties

  2. Locate the property in question

  3. In the Actions & Views column, expand the dropdown and select Location on map

  4. Click, then hold and drag to reposition the pin

  5. Upon dropping the pin in the correct location, the Latitude and Longitude coordinates will be automatically set (shown below)

  6. Click Update

Note: If this property is currently being marketed, a new marketing feed will need to be published to send this updated information to the marketing portals. This can be done by going to Sales properties > Publish to marketing sites and clicking on Market properties.
