Setting the "Do not market before" date.
1. Letting Properties.
Go to Lettings properties > View properties
Locate the property
Click on the street address to open the Property Address tab
Locate the "Do not market before" field
Add the preferred date
Click update property
2. Sales Properties.
Go to Sales properties > View available properties
Locate the property
Click on the street address to open the Property Address tab
Locate the "Do not market before" field
Add the preferred date
Click update property
Note: An error message will appear on the “Publish to marketing sites” page if the selected date is in the future. This ensures properties cannot be marketed before the legally permitted timeframe.
