1. Uploading a virtual tour
Go to Lettings properties > View properties
Locate the relevant property
In the Street column, click on the property address
Open the Description tab
Locate the Virtual tours section
Paste the URL link of the video into the Link 1 field (the Link 2 field can be used if there is more than one tour to be added)
Click Update property
If a virtual tour link has been added to a property record that is already being marketed, please ensure to publish a new marketing feed by navigating to Lettings properties > Publish to marketing sites > Market properties.
Please note, not all marketing portals are designed to show any or more than one virtual tour video.
2. Getting the video in URL format
Virtual tours need to be added as a URL link. To get a URL link for a virtual tour, users will need to:
Request for a third-party virtual tour provider to create URL links for their video files or,
Create a Youtube/Vimeo account so videos can be uploaded in order to obtain a URL link to add to the SME Professional Software
Once a URL link has been created, please follow the steps in section 1 above to add it to SME Professional.
