For a property to show as Let agreed on advertising portals, it must have a status of Tenant check period on SME Professional. To update the status of a property, please follow the steps below:
Go to Lettings properties > View properties
Locate the property in question
In the Street column, click on the property address
Expand the Property status dropdown and select Tenant check period
Click Update property
A new marketing feed then needs to be published in order for this update to be reflected on the portals. To do so, go to Lettings properties > Publish to marketing sites and click on Market properties.
Note: Different marketing portals process feed updates at different points within the day, therefore it may take a few hours before any changes are made live on their site.
