To create an export of HMO properties only, please follow the steps below:
Go to Lettings properties > View properties
Click on the Advanced search bar
Tick the HMO checkbox
The data table will then update to list only HMO properties
The data can be filtered down further if required, by using the other options within the Advanced Search bar or using the search field
To export this list, click on the Export button - the data will then be downloaded as an Excel spreadsheet
