The Advanced search bar on the View properties page gives users the ability to filter property data to their specific needs, including the property status, rental type, or property location.
1. Accessing the advanced search options
Go to Lettings properties > View properties
Click on the Advanced search bar (highlighted below)
2. Examples of how the advanced search bar can be used
To view a list of all of their properties currently on the market, select Properties on market from the Property status dropdown
To view all managed let properties on their system, Managed let can be selected from the Type dropdown
All furnished properties can be viewed by selecting the Furnished checkbox
Note: The filtered data can then be exported as an Excel spreadsheet by clicking on the Export button on the right-hand side of the search field.
