To create a report that lists the current EPC rating for all properties, please follow the steps listed below:
Go to Admin > Exports
Click on the Properties export
The report will be generated and downloaded to your computer as an Excel spreadsheet
The EPC rating is located in column AL
Users can sort the EPC column alphabetically using the Sort & Filter function on Excel
Note: Properties of all statuses (including those set to past property) will appear in the export, so users may want to apply a filter to the property status column and exclude past properties. For ease of use, any irrelevant columns can be deleted from the export.
