There are two ways to send viewing feedback emails on the system, please find below details on each option.

1. Requesting viewing feedback
1.1 Completing a viewing
When a viewing is completed, a pop-up will appear asking the user if they would like to send a feedback email to all the viewers who attended the selected viewing.
Go to Lettings properties > Viewings or Sales properties > Sales viewings
Locate the relevant viewing
In the Complete column, click on the tick icon
A confirmation dialogue box will appear (shown below)
Click on OK to confirm (Users will be able to preview the email before sending)
Once reviewed, click on Send email
Note: If there are multiple viewers, their email addresses will be BCC'd into the email so they cannot view each other's email addresses.
1.2 Manual feedback email
Rather than sending the feedback email to all viewers, it can be sent on a viewer-by-viewer basis.
Go to Lettings properties > Viewings or Sales properties > Sales viewings
Click on View feedback
Locate the relevant viewer log
In the Request feedback column, click on the envelope icon
Once reviewed, click on Send email
2. Tracking viewing feedback
2.1 From the Viewing feedback page
The Viewing feedback page defaults to display items with no feedback logged against them, allowing users to easily see what items they may need to chase feedback for. See section 1.2 for guidance on how to send a feedback request email.
To view items that have had feedback recorded against them, expand the Feedback received dropdown (available in the left sidebar) and select Received feedback.
2.2 From the Property overview page
Users can view all feedback for a property by clicking on the Viewing feedback tab in the property overview. This will show items with no feedback logged and with feedback received.
2.2.1 Viewing fedback summary
A Viewing feedback summary widget can be enabled on the Property overview page to allow users to see a summary of all the viewing feedback for the property.
This feature analyses potential tenant and buyer viewing feedback and provides a synopsis of positive and negative sentiment, including a graph showing the split between positive and negative points made. This allows users to quickly identify trends in how properties are being perceived by viewers, which can be fed back to the owners.
A system superuser can enable this widget by following the steps below.
Go to Admin > View all employees
Click on Admin page
Go to General > AI tools
Enable the toggle under "Viewing feedback summary"
